Fruit Heights is a city in eastern Davis County, Utah (UT). It is part of the Ogden–Clearfield, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies along the Wasatch Front adjacent to the larger cities of Farmington and Kaysville. With a 2020 population of 6,209, it is the 86th largest city in Utah and the 4239th largest city in the United States. Fruit Heights, UT is currently declining at a rate of -0.06% annually but its population has increased by 24.50% since the most 2010, which recorded a population of 4,987. Spanning over 2 miles, Fruit Heights has a population density of 2,711 people per square mile.

Known as a “city of good neighbors”, Fruit Heights has built up the modern conveniences of urban living combined with the quiet, rural charm of its past history when the area was lovingly referred to as “Old Mountain Road”.
