Sunset is a city in Davis County, Utah (UT). It is part of the Ogden–Clearfield, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. Sunset emerged as a distinct place in 1916. Sunset is bordered by Hill Air Force Base to the east, Clearfield to the south, Clinton to the west, and Roy in Weber County to the north.

With a 2020 population of 5,457, it is the 91st largest city in Utah and the 4542nd largest city in the United States. Sunset, UT is currently growing at a rate of 0.57% annually and its population has increased by 6.54% since the 2010 census, which recorded a population of 5,122. Spanning just over 1 mile, Sunset has a population density of 3,734 people per square mile.
